Peachblow rosebowl

Early decorated large peachblow rose bowl made specifically for the 1893 World's Fair in Chicago. Superb coloring with subtle ribbing in the glass. An example of this particular rose bowl can be seen in "Peachblow Glass" by Sean and Johanna Billings on page 92. Top quality glass with no damage. Some wear to the decoration. Pontiled base. A good sized piece, this measures a bit over 5 1/2 inches in diameter and stands 4 1/2 inches tall.
